A little about me...

I love helping people find their inner voice in the midst of all the noise. We live in world where there is constant chaos due to so much nutrition propaganda. My passion is to make sure I help you reveal what is your truth and ensure it's based on your dreams and hopes and not anyone else's.
Eating has always been a true love of mine. When I was little I would enjoy the meal so much I would hum while I ate and of course, my clothes, fingers, and hair had to take part in each culinary journey. Food gives us the power to be the greatest version of ourselves. This is just one of the reasons why I decided to work in the nutrition and culinary worlds. Without food, survival would be hard and honestly life would be boring. Food connects and unites the human race while also serving as curative agents. My love affair with food is present throughout every avenue of my life and I hope to make it a part of yours!
